Our Vision: Independent Stores, Zero Middlemen
For decades, Indian retail businesses have powered neighborhoods, markets, and communities with hard work and high-quality products. However, the rise of monopolistic online marketplaces has forced small business owners into high commissions (often 15% to 30%), strict return penalties, and zero customer ownership.
Dookanwale was created to restore independence to business owners. We believe every merchant deserves to run their store on their own terms, build direct relationships with their shoppers, and keep 100% of their hard-earned revenue.
